Ever since Monarch Investment and Management Group took ownership of the property in late 2022, things have improved dramatically, mostly on two different fronts: the maintenance of the property and the efficacy of the office. I’m sure the employees were doing the best they could with what they had before, but I have been consistently surprised with new improvements and attentive service ever since Monarch took over.

We are 7 year residents of Indian Woods and have enjoyed living here very much. Great maintenance crew and the office staff are always ready to help.Anytime we had a issue (clog drain, a/c, whatever) the maintenance crew was always quick to respond The nature just outside your back door can be enjoyed for hours from the ducks to my favorite the blue herons fishing. I am so proud to be an Indian Wood Resident. I have even renewed my lease 3 times because I enjoy living here so much. The staff treats you like family and takes care of anything you need promptly. The beautiful landscaping makes it easy to forget how conveniently you are actually located to everything that you need. It would definitely be a disservice to yourself to not at least come by and see how Indian Woods Apartments might enrich your daily life too.

Was a resident for a year from 21-22. Management was very understanding, and assisted in any issues that I had. Leasing office was extremely outstanding, would definitely recommend working with them/contacting them if you need anything! The pond out back was great for our dogs to enjoy as well!
